Registration
Complete the Pioneer Club registration form for each session. You can use one form per family.	Registration Form
The medical release form needs to be completed for each child. You do not need to complete a new one for each session, however you must review, sign, and date our archived copy to ensure the information is up to date and accurate.	Medical Release

Respect and Behavior
At COTC, we are striving to teach our kids the importance of having good manners and discipline both in and outside of church. This is our current RESPECT outline that we are focusing on. Please review with your children and encourage them to be mindful of our rules.	Respect Outline
